1 Warranty & Returns
1.1 What warranty do you offer?

Most of the products we sell are accompanied by a one year manufacturers warranty. For selected items we can also do in house repairs under this warranty.

1.2 My product is faulty and under warranty. What do I do?

Please bring your product into our Grafton Street store, along with a proof of purchase. We will either repair or replace your product in store, or advise on how to avail of your manufacturers warranty. Please note these warranties do not cover accidental damage.

1.3 I would like to return my product.

Tecca offer a 14 day returns policy on all orders, providing the packaging has been unopened and undamaged, and it is accompanied by the original receipt. For items that have been opened, we charge a 15% restocking fee. This excludes opened earphone and iPhones. All refunds will be processed as store credit, and can be used against future purchases. 

2 Repairs
2.1 What is your repairs process?

We can quote for a repair over the phone or online, however this will only be an estimate. You then need to bring your device into our repairs centre, upstairs in our Grafton Street store, and our qualified technicians will be able to preform diagnostics and quote the repair cost and time to you. Once this has been agreed, the device will be repaired, and you when receive an email upon completion. You can then pick up your repaired device from our Grafton Street store. 

2.2 What devices do you repair?

We repair a wide range of devices, including phones, laptops, tablets and watches, and including brands such as Apple, Samsung, Huawei and more. For a quote relating to your specific device, send the device name and issue to us via email, telephone or webchat, or alternatively pop into our Grafton Street store. 

2.3 How long will my repair take?

This will depend on what your devices issue is. We can offer same day repairs on certain issues such as broken iPhone screens. We will estimate the repair time for your specific repair when quoting you the cost. This quote can be estimated online or over the phone, and can be issued when you call into our Grafton Street store. 

3 Delivery
3.1 Who are your delivery partners?

We use Tecca staff members to make deliveries close to our Grafton Street store, and we use a combination of An Post and Securispeed to make deliveries throughout Ireland.

3.2 How long does delivery take?

We can offer next day delivery for items in stock, when ordered before 3pm. (Please note. Next Day delivery is not available on Bank Holidays and Public Holidays)

Items that are out of stock will take longer, and our delivery guidelines will advise you of the specific estimated delivery timeframe for each product on the website. 

*Please note these timeframes are estimates, and we will do our best to achieve these. 

3.3 Do you deliver outside of Ireland?

Currently we do not deliver outside of the Republic of Ireland. However you could potentially arrange a courier service yourself and pick the item up in store. 

3.4 How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is free for orders over €40. Orders under €40 will incur a €9 delivery charge. 

3.5 Can I track my delivery?

We offer delivery tracking with every web order, and the tracking number will be emailed to you once we have the item sent out for delivery. 

3.6 There was a problem with my delivery. What should I do?

If you have received a tracking number, you should get into contact with the designated courier to investigate the issue with your delivery. Alternatively, we can contact them for you to enquire about your delivery. 

If you have not received a tracking number, we can help you to understand what stage your delivery is currently at. 

4 Click & Collect
4.1 Can I collect my order in store?

Yes you can! Simply select the pick up in store option at Checkout, and we will email you when you order is ready to pick up in store. 

4.2 What do I need to bring with me when collecting my order in store?

We ask that you bring a copy of your order confirmation or order ready email, either a print out or electronically on your phone, as well as a proof of ID that matches the customer name. 

4.3 Can I click and collect and then pay in store?

Click and collect is only available when the full payment for an order has been received. Only then will the item be reserved and prepared for you to collect in store.

5.2 Will Tecca share my data with anyone?

Tecca is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your personal details at all times. We do not share any information about your or your orders with any 3rd party and any information collated is for order processing and warranty cover only. Please see our privacy policy for more information.
